I could find no cautions about consuming soy products with Coumadin.
Coumadin (warfarin) is a very powerful blood thinner. When in doubt about an interaction with any food or medication, one should consult a pharmacist or physician who is aware of all other medications taken and have information about the individual's medical history.
In any case, soy is an excellent food, but it is quite high in fat. Most people can safely increase consumption of soy, but taking soy powders (such as soy protein supplements) is not advised, as the beneficial components are greatly reduced in that form.
