Cholesterol levels for healthy persons should usually be above 75 mg/dl.
In many parts of the world, especially in areas where heart disease and many types of cancer are rare, cholesterol levels average 88 to 118.
While I can't second-guess a health professional who has examined you and knows your medical history, there is no research that levels even lower than yours are unhealthy.
