An enlarged heart can be caused by a number of different things. Being able to reduce it would depend on the cause.
Unless your doctor has told you to avoid exercise for some specific reason, one of the best things you can do for your heart is to give it at least 45 minutes of aerobic exercise every day. Not only with this strengthen the muscles, allowing them to pump more blood with each contraction. but it will allow the heart to work at an easier pace. It will also give you a reserve safety margin for those times when you must exert yourself.
After checking with your doctor, start walking (or swimming or bicycling) today!
