Two days after I gave up red meat my dad had his Major Coronary.
I was twenty four and was told I had extremely high Blood pressure.
Today, ten years later, I'm a vegan and the doctors tell me I've completetly turned my troubles around. My brothers, all five are having troubles today they refuse to see the benefits. Goodluck to you
