Does exercising at high intensity (80 to 90% MHR) for 45 minutes six days a week cause heart enlagement especially of left atrium and left ventricle? If it does can it be reversed by stopping exercising at high intensity? Also what would be a normal limits of LADs, LVIDd and IVSd for a 45 year old male who exercises at high intensity? Again thank you for your time.Bob
