Before I had a chance to make it, as I suspected would happen, the use of Butter Buds/Molly McButter was ruled out. I am thinking that Dr. Pinckney's recipe might be slightly adjusted to omit the Butter Buds from the vegan sour creme recipe but it is back to the drawing board for a good vegan butter substitute, huh? By the way, I tried Tofu Whipped Cream last night and it was exquisite.
