Given the recent studies re: the benefits of n-3 (omega-3) fatty acids found in nuts and Avocados, has anyone heard whether Dr. Esselstyn has eased his restrictions against these foods for people w/ coronary artery disease? Also, Dr. Esselstyn contends that nuts cause inflammation of the epithelial cells lining the arteries. Can this be measured/monitored via HS-CRP? Thanks!
