Hey Doc
I suffered a couple heart attacks on the 11th of March, I am not over wieght and I really don't eat a lot of faty foods. I was eating sun flower seeds a lot at work and I feel that could of contributed to my problem. I also have been taking a supplement called Move Free which is suppose to lubricate your joints. I have been taking this for nine years every day because I have back problems and Move Free helps a lot. Could this be something that clogs the arteries? I am fifty eight years old, five feet ten inches tall and weigh about one hundred ninety pounds.
