Ricardo mentioned that exercises may create natural bypasses. My question to Dr neal and others is let's say you exercise and some natural bypasses take place, as you get old and may not be able to do the vigorous exercises or for whatever reasons unable to do the exercise, what happens to the bypasses that were created due to exercise? Do they remain intact? In other words, once the natural bypasses take place do they remain for ever or they fade away once you stop exercising.
