There is a somewhat sound theory to it but all the dependable information is contradicting.
Not to mention that green-house gases have increased a mere 30% since 1750.

Logically think about it this way:
Plants need carbon dioxide to survive.
Plants give oxygen by using that carbon dioxide.
hum...
