i don't think the president is that dumb to expect a personal account but the lack of any help and indeed the outright feeling of ill will and threats seem to make him want the gov to be a little more friendly and TRY to make his time in office easier. Perhaps if the burecrats and the pres could work together instead of "you do this or else" then perhaps the pres would be a willing and indeed the leader that this country wants so desperately for him to be. Threats aren't good business.
