Since I've been criticized for my comments, I thought it best to read the whole article. After doing so, it appears that the ethanol lobby got to the OMB, since the tighter regulations proposed by the scientists would affect their business. Of course Pres. Bush is a champion of ethanol to help us break our dependence on foreign oil. Unfortunately, it won't.
