The news reports said that the suicidal shooter was a schizophrenic who was "off his meds". Schizophrenics typically do not commit mass murder. My theory is that whatever drugs he had been prescribed caused him to turn even more looney that he was to begin with. I am making my guess based on the reports that prescribing ant-depressants to teenagers. My further theory is that the news will not report this as a possible negative reaction to drugs because the news companies take so much advertising money from the drug makers.
