Subject:	George Bush: We should have bombed Auschwitz

Pretty embarrassing that I never have thought of this. However, as the article points out, he said we should have also bombed the rail lines leading to the death camps. I'd say bomb the rails first, and then, when the camps were empty, bomb them. I couldn't agree more, but wonder why I never thought of that? Not that I could have done anything about it, since I was born in 1940, but the point is, I've never heard of that option ever being mentioned, at all. It seems antisemitism was alive and well in that era, in the USA. Actually, that's a fact.
