Like a typical fascist, you don't care about the Constitution. I've shown you how these automotons violate it, but you don't care. Your response is, "Just don't speed." I make it a policy to never speed, but I still got two photo radar tickets when I loaned my car to a relative. Luckily it happened to be a relative who doesn't look like me and so I was able to get out of the tickets. If he had resembled me (as relatives often do) I would have been on the hook for speeding that I didn't do. The driver of the car is responsible for the driving, not the owner. There have even been cases of people getting photo radar tickets when their car is stolen. Or when just their plates are stolen. But, according to you, "Tough luck, just don't speed" is the solution. A police officer can pull the car over and verify who the driver is. I photo radar camera cannot.

And you didn't rebut the wife beater argument. You just said you love it. I don't love it so much because a friend of mine did in fact get beaten up when the photo radar ticket showed her in her car with another man. What's your response to that, "Just don't drive with another man." You probably think she deserved it.

And these machines aren't automatically more accurate than real cops. If they get set wrong, they'll write tickets incorrectly all day long. That's thousands of incorrect tickets.

It's also illegal for anyone other than a trained police officer to write a ticket. Illegal. Meaning the state isn't allowed to do it. However, they farm out that police responsibility to these companies that set up photo radar. You have a problem with people breaking the law by speeding, but you have no problem with the government breaking the law. In other words, the government is above the law. That's a classic fascist attitude, and is why it's not an exaggeration to call you a fascist.

If you want to be part of a democracy, you need to accept one fact about democracies:
The government has no right to break the law. It has no right to even when it's trying to stop others from breaking the law.
