Also, when you sell an auto, make certain the sale is duly recorded, and retain the bill of sale "forever". Governments typically rely on other "governments" to make title changes timely. We all (conservatives at least) know that governments always get things wrong. By the way, if your car ran a red light, just pay-up and stop bawling. Butch-up and act like a conservative and do the right thing.
