Like I said, I saw the home video of the arrest on a weekly show about a year or so ago that the ACLJ puts out to report on its legal activities. I did not even remember the name ACLJ, but I did find that with the help of Google. I remember in the discussion that the principal thought that he had to have the students arrested to uphold the sacred mandate to separate church and state or else he would have gotten in trouble for his negligence. Why the cops went along with it, I don't know.
