I could not believe that the cops hauled the kids away on the demand of the school principal. The school district, in Michigan I believe it was, was sued and ultimately lost. But they supported the principal's decision and fought in court to preserve their ideal of freedom from religion.

The Christian organization that represented the students is the ACLJ (The American Center for Law & Justice) in Washington D.C. They have many cases similar to this one.
