It does pretty much show the article to false, which in turn reduces credibility. Something I have always had difficulty is the belief that the larger truth is worth a couple of lies. If you go back and read the article the author was starting with the fact that ethanol produces a comparable amount of CO2 from the burning. We have established that this is a bold untruth making the entire article suspect and casting doubt on the knowledge and/or integrity of the person posting the article.

Since I personally believe that global warming is real I would rather your integrity remain intact.
