By the time Colorado's caucus rolls around the Democratic nomination is already decided. This is mostly because of our crazy political system that makes the New Hampshire Primary and the Iowa Caucus of paramount importance while the later a state votes, the less important theirs is. If the other states had any brains, they would all set their primaries to coincide with those of New Hampshire. And the meaninglessness of Colorado's Caucus was a factor in my deciding to leave the Democratic Party and register to vote under the Reform Party. Not the only reason -- just one of the reasons.
