I guess Bush hasn't read the part about the prohibition of "cruel and unusual punishment" in the Constitution. Actually, I'd bet he hasn't read the Constitution at all. He certainly doesn't care about it. The only time he may have read tiny excerpts from it is in the bathroom with cursory glances as he's using it for toilet paper.

I'm curious. Has anyone compiled a complete list of all Bush's Constitutional violations? I'd bet he's at well over a hundred by now.
