Subject:	Clinton sees opportunity in climate woes

80% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. That's what we need. That's what China and India need also. We need to take the lead. I would hope those two countries don't wait for the flooding of their coastal cities before they act. The same applies to other developing economies/nations.
