I'm not sure if you are making a distinction between apprehension and processing through the legal system. I consider apprehension a form of justice. I believe the 19 "perpetrators of 9/11" were incinerated on that date. Now, if you are talking about the planners: Khalid Shaikh Mohammed is the acknowledged planner and is in prison. Another organizer, Abu Zubaydah, is our guest at Guantanamo. Riduan Isamuddin, another key 9/11 player, is also enjoying the weather in Gitmo Walid Muhammad Salih Attash (aka Tawfiq bin Attash), who also planned the USS Cole bombing, currently does his praying from a Gitmo cell. Ali Abdul Aziz Ali, is currently in U.S. custody in an undisclosed location. Ibrahim Ahmed Mahmoud al Qosi, was captured in Afghanistan and now dwells in Gitmo Mohammed Haydar Zammar, another planner, is in prison in Syria under the rendition program. Ramzi Bin al-Shibh, another member of the group, was captured in Pakistan several years ago. I assume you are current on the status of Zacarias Moussaoui. So, I guess your comment about the failure to catch the "perpetrators of 9/11" is your way of saying we haven't caught Osama bin Laden. Then why didn't you just say that?
