I think it has already rolled off the stack, so I can't link you to it. There were several points that I remember.
The ads come from a service and the site owners don't have total control over what ads come up. I don't know if I totally buy that, but it's possible.
Another way to look at it is that the meat packers are just throwing their money away here since the majority of visitors to this site would never buy their products anyway.
Yet another way to look at it is to realize that there are visitors here who are considering vegetarianism but have not yet made the commitment. Or maybe there are vegetarians who have to buy food for non-vegetarian members of their family. The ads direct them to products that while still meat and dairy based, are more healthful than say, McDonald's hamburgers.
