If you have no enemies, you don't have to worry about that, just loving your neighbor (some of whom would be your enemies if you had any, but since you don't, you don't end up with all that emotional poison in your head.) It makes life simpler.

I should also state that I don't actually think that hatred is the root cause of any problems. It is failure to love your neighbor and your God (or perhaps that you have the wrong god like a political philosophy)
