You need to do strength training 3 days a week (you won't get huge and bulky). Plus cardio 5-6 days a week. Definitely up the protein, have 5-6 small meals a day, and eat as clean as you can. Cut out the junk food, sauces, alcohol. It will definitely help you build lean muscle while losing fat. Check out this site: www.bunklers.com Also bodybuilding.com has a lot of info on veg*an bodybuilders, but also tips for losing fat, gaining lean muscle, its not all about bodybuilding per se good luck : )
