Are there any specific vitamins you take as a vegan runner? Anything that might be low that I should take? I take vitamin C only because now I need extra for collagen production to repair my sprained ankles. But normally I take no vitamins since I eat a lot of enriched foods and I don't want to overdo it. But I'd be open to taking a multi if there was something that wasn't too much of an overkill.
