There's a wide assortment of pilates videoes on the market. I would reccomend you take a pilates class to make sure your working in the correct form. There's a lot of places that have classes that allow you to "pay as you go". Afterward, go to your favorite search engine (mine is google) to find the reviews on pilates workouts. Make sure the video you choose is for beginners. Personally, I have 130 fitness videos and out my library, I have only 22 pilates DVDs, but they're good ones. Leslie Sansone has a DVD called "You Can Do Pilates". Another good beginner workout is "Winsor Pilates 20 Minute Workout". If you'd rather try before you buy, check out the libraries in your area. It's commonplace for libraries to stock fitness DVDs. Having good form is extremely important, so make sure your video is geared to the beginning level. Good Luck, Lucky
