hey i read your comment about bulking up as a vegan. I am a vegan and i am also trying to bulk up. It is pretty much easy I just can never stick with lifting all the time. But basically eat 1 gram of protein per lb of weight you weight so if you weight 150 u eat 150 grams of protein. also carbs is very important. 2.5 grams of carbs per pound you weight. so in you daily intake eat 30g protein with 60 g of carbs in a meal 5x a day. Its easy. I use to lift and was on a bodybuilder diet with eat meat years ago. just get a flex magazine and create a hardcore workout with the same protein carb intake and just eat your vegan protein. i eat alot of tofu and soy beans. whole grains and potatoes have lots of carbs. dont mind me i am just rambling out info i dont know if it forms a fluent paragraph but it whatever. a good workout would be do chest and tris one day shoulders one day back n bis one day legs and abs one day and break and start up a gain. for your bigger muscle do 20-25 sets with 8 reps and smaller muscle like bis n tris do 10- 15 sets of 8 reps. 8 reps is great for building muscle. so yea
