Hi, My name is Bridget and I am sixteen years old. I run track and cross country for my highschool teams. This year, I decided to make a promise to myself to start to eat healthier. So far this year i've lost about 20 lbs and my lowest weight is 101.2. However because I haven't menstrated since September, I've had to put on a few lbs. Since Im still restricted on running because of doctor's orders, I was wondering if there were still any core excersises for abs or legs I could possibly do to still stay in shape and stay toned.
