I turned 50 in February. I work out 5 days per week. I get 45-60 mins. of aerobic and usually an hour of a combination of pilates and weight training per work-out. For the last couple of months I feel a bit tired when I wake up in the mornings. I'm not sore. I just feel too tired to work out in the mornings. I *do* go ahead and work out though. I feel like I'm running out of steam during the last 15 minutes of my work-out. Is this a normal part of aging? I have plenty of energy for the rest of the day.
