Be cautious of any workout that suggests there is a "special" way to accomodate your question. The scientific based answer is this. A plant based diet that is of high quality (like the McDougall plan) and consistent amounts of exercise. If possible, this exercise should include resistance training (to encourage the retention of calorie burning muscles and functional capacity) as well as some amount of aerobic exercise such as walking etc. A lifetime of weight management is a long haul effort, but if done right once you accomplish your goal will be much easier to maintain...
