Hello. I have been a lacto-sometimes-ovo vegetarian for about 2 years now, and I feel and look great. I have been lifting weights and exercising steadily now for about 1 year. But I am going to increase my regime. So, any thoughts on how I can keep my body fat down, and repair torn tissue with a vegetarian diet. I would also like to lose my last 15 pounds.
