After the weight lifting/fitness program at my school ended about a week and a half ago, I decided to keep it up at the YMCA down the street. I had my first appointment with their fitness coach today to learn their nautalis equipment system (required to use it) I feel really underworked, especially since she only had me do one set on each of the eight machines. I usually do 4 or 5 sets on each machine I use, which took 30 minutes every day. With this program at the Y, it's every muscle every session so they will be every other day, but it also only took 30 minutes. They don't reccommend repeating the machine circuit, just to increase the weight for that one set. But if I do that, I won't be able to finish the set. What should I do?
