I put on some weight with the hormones I was taking and then I got severe arthritis in my knee 6 months ago and couldn't even walk so cardio was hard to do, except on my total gym...and hubby got that since I have no room for it anymore...I still have my treadmill but not being able to walk...oh well, we will muddle along and git r done, right? Man, that was one long sentence!
