I have one I almost never use by Leisa Hart. I enjoyed doing it, though. it came with 2-4-6 lb. balls. It's really a tough one, especially for the abs, even though those aren't very high weights! I'm experimenting--four days of exercise and one day rest day, then another four days. I used to aim for 6 days, one day off, but I wasn't doing it. If four days doesn't work, I'm going to try three days on, one day off. I'll just keep working my way down the line! Walking at lunch is a terrific idea. And you're right about the heat, I just hate it. Fall is the best. TGIF to you, too!!
