I have been vegetarian for three years now, and plan on staying that way. By religion and choice, I don't consume any meat, meat based seasonings, fish, eggs, or caffeine. Although vegetarian, I am still overweight by about 100 pounds. Can someone help me by telling me, meal by meal, a basic meal plan to follow? This would help considerably. Thanks...Damodara Priya dd
