What is a realistic rate of weight gain? I'm a woman, 5'7", 120 pounds--up from 105 pounds a year ago. Caloric intake of approximately 2400/day for the past few months--up from 2000 to 2200. Workouts/week: 3 weight training sessions, 1 yoga session, 3 cardio sessions The goal is adding muscle, not fat. And, in case it makes a difference, I'm vegan.
