Subject: losing the last few pounds???

Hi there,
i had a question about how to best approach an exercise program that can help me lose about 15lbs. I have to date lost 34lbs since february, and am now finding it very difficult to shake off the last 15 (my goal is 120lbs which is what i used to weigh four years ago and for most of my adult life, and i know that's good for my height) anyhow, i work out every other day at least, i go to the gym and do the elyptical trainer machine for fat burn cardio for about 35 minutes as well as free weights and some weight machines, like the scissor things for the inner and outer thighs, lat pulls and rowing machine, sit ups, etc. all the basic stuff that should help with burning fat and toning, also i swim at least a couple times a week and do water aerobics, and have even taken a class or two at the gym, so i try to vary the workout, because i know that's advised, still i seem not to be losing much, and i can't figure out why. i eat well, vegan, low fat, lots of fiber, whole grains, McDougall-like diet mostly. What else can i do to help the weight go away ?? any special types of workouts? specific ways to use weights? any ideas would help a lot, thanks! (p.s. can't afford a personal trainer, in case that's anyone's idea :)
