Wow, biking instead of driving. That's a real commitment to fitness! I admire you. I love
biking on trails, but I'm not too keen on traffic. I'm glad it's summer so I can get out more.

Pilates sure has a good reputation. I know what you mean about flexibility. I just started yoga
class and thank goodness for the props! I have a book, Pilates for Wimps, and I've tried a
couple of the exercises. I think I need to go to a class, like you're doing. It's too hard to get

Biking, walking and pilates--that's fitness! I'm aiming to lose about three sizes and just get
fitter--more endurance. I joined a group that's going to walk a marathon in November, so I'm
walking more. Just started strength training again. I have plans for more swimming and
biking. I'm going to keep posting to help myself keep consistent. It's great to read posts from
people like you that have been doing it for awhile. Good going!
