Hi, all. I could use advice to help my workout a bit! I generally exercise about 4-5 times a week for at least a half-hour and try to vary activity (yoga, jogging, or elliptical trainer, usually, with some arm work thrown in on the non-yoga days). My waist is broader and my stomach rounder than I would like, though. I used to do sit-ups a lot, but lately, any rolling motion over my tailbone is painful and feels like something 'shifting' in an odd way, so I don't do sit-ups anymore, just crunches. Can anyone recommend other exercises that would help whittle my waist down some? I used to have a 24-inch waist, and while it may be unrealistic to get there from a 29 or 30-inch waist (where I am currently), I'd like to get closer, at least! Thanks in advance.
