I have done some major surgery on my computer and guess what - I can now see the posts!! I think it must be something to do with a conflict with Windows and Norton (anti virus). I'll post a proper post with my current health and fitness stuff later when I've more time. OK so who is around? Any chance of an intro from the new people (i.e. anyone who doesn't know me?) I'm so excited to be here again amongst friends with the same goals!
