If you eat moderately across the food groups, no junk food, soda pop, or alcohol, AND you continue to exercise, you will lose weight, even if it is a slow loss. If your tummy is a little flatter, then this is proof you are accomplishing something. Be patient and trust that your body will do what it needs to do.
