Hi everyone, lurker here.
So, I guess over the period leading up to Christmas (maybe October to December ;-P) I managed to gain about 10 lbs. Just from lack of exercise - I was just sick of it! Now, I'm really sick of the 10lbs. I was weighing in at about 123 lbs and now I'm 133 lbs (I'm 5'2"). So, since January 1 I've been making a huge effort. I'm eating better - no crap. I've not had a glass of wine or any alcohol. I've exercised for 1 hour most days (fat burning yoga, Tae-Bo, Windsor Pilates, Nordic Track, 1 hour of walking). Here's my problem - while I notice my stomach flattening out a little and generally I'm feeling better (my acne prone skin is clearing) I've not lost an ounce! Not one ounce! This is really starting to bug me. Any ideas? What else can I do?
