...have been doing her videos for about 10 years now. She's fun. My daughter calls her "the giggly lady." Strength is often 8 Minutes in the Morning, but I just can't seem to stick with it for more than a week or two. Usually I will just grab the dumbbells and do 5 or 6 exercises for upper body and then a hundred or so crunches. I figure that the recumbent bike, walking, and the gazelle will take care of lower body. I wish I could find a strength program I like well enough to stick with.
