I'm first!! Holy cow. Well it's in the 20s here, but I saw on the national news last night about
the temperatures in the Midwest. Good luck to you! Yesterday, I'm proud to report, I did Non-stop, a Joyce Vedral video. So it was a full body
strength training. I'm really proud of myself. And I did a little over 10,000 steps. I'm taking
your advice, Jan, I'll shift down to 10,000 and feel good if it's over that. Have a terrific Saturday, everyone.
