Yesterday, I got about 4300 steps on my pedometer, did 30 minutes on the recumbent bike, and did Week 1, Day 2 of the 8 Minutes in the Morning exercises. Altogether, I got my 10,000 steps, which is what I aim for every day. This morning I was shovelling snow at 5:30 a.m. to clear the entrance way of the church for morning Mass. That was good for 900 steps!
