Yesterday I did a Leslie Sansone video using her walkblaster. It's a slanted ramp that you
move on and off. It makes it interesting and is more of a workout.

Today it's snowing--I may not go to the pool. It's mostly downhill to get there and the snow
is sort of freezing over. Not my kind of driving weather! So it'll be strength training.
