Well, I bought it! My dear sweet husband assembled it for me last night while I was out, and there it was, all put together in the living room when I got home!

This morning I did about 45 minutes on it, and it was just great. So quiet, so smooth. I'm going to do another 15 or so minutes this afternoon.

I set up a little tv/dvd combo in front of the gazelle, so I can watch while I glide. "If it's not fun, it won't get done!" is my exercise motto, so I am keeping it fun.

What do you do for exercise? Are you very regular about it?
