Subject: Upper body weights...now I'm taking the weekend off......

I'm not healing after weight training as fast as I used to. My one shoulder hurts so I'll heal a bit this weekend. What is with this weather? We're going up to 72 tomorrow.....not normal for these parts, but I'll throw open all the windows and let the wind blow through all day. We're also under a high wind advisory.Strange.
